In September 2024, a small plushie named Asteroid flew as the zero-gravity indicator on the Polaris Dawn mission. It was conceived by a little girl named Liv Perrotto — who, while battling a serious illness, dreamed of sharing Asteroid with the world.
ASTEROID is an independent community project, not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by SpaceX or any person connected with it. We were already here — on-chain since 2024, long before the trend. We refuse to exploit her story.
We honor Liv by protecting the name she inspired — with IP protection applied for in 60+ countries and a community that builds with integrity.
